What a weekend. I ran the ConnocoPhillips Rodeo run on Saturday. I participated in the 10k and mn I feel great that I accomplished a milestone. I committed to the run and did it on my own. While trining for the run, I found information that Halliburton has a running TEAM. Before the beginning of the 10k, I met with the director of the team and I am now officially a member. I am so stoked! Maggie is starting to run with me. I cannot believe what a difference it has made in my life. I bought a new pair of running shoes and they are so much better than the shoes that I am retiring from running.Please check out the 10k route and some stats.
